Gerson Continuous feed and CNC die cutting machine is widely cutting non-metal material with high volume production.

There have two kinds CNC die cutting machine :CNC Automatic Traveling Head Die Cutting Machine and CNC beam cutting machine
a. Digital control system of “PLC + coder” human-machine interface is adopted to realize automatic feeding, pattern arrangement and cutting. Five kinds of arrangement figures are optional for automatically setting cutting times with high precision. The positioning precision can reach 0.2mm so as to save materials, enhance work efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
b. PLC program control center is provided with memory function for the settings of operation instructions, which are not influenced in case of power failure or power-cut after work, so as to facilitate operation for the next time.
c. Double oil cylinders drive, four-column guiding and automatic balancing are adopted to guarantee identical cutting depth for each time.
d. Three operation modes such as automatic, semiautomatic and manual operations are optional, which are free and flexible.
e. The cutting head can carry out automatic transverse movement and automatic positioning. The die cutter is fixed by electromagnetic suction disc. Without the need of setting die cutters, the upper and lower die cutters can carry out cutting freely with convenient operation.
f. The automatic lubricating system ensures machine precision and prolongs service life.

1.PLC controlled, with simple, prompt and accurate operation.The frequency conversion buffering and PLC control system make the positioning precision reach ±0.02mm.
2. The main machine structure of double cylinder and precise four-column automatic balancing links to make sure same cutting depth in each and every cutting region.
3. The pressing board carries out slow cutting when it presses downward to contact the die cutter, which can make that there is no size error between the uppermost layer and lowermost layer of cut materials.
4. Double-side automatic feeding system can be allocated to enhance the production efficiency of machine twice or thrice.Die cutters of different height can be set at both sides with high working efficiency.Can be feeding in rolls or sheets.Set automatic force feed to ensure the precision of machine and raise longevity of machine.
5. Independent stroke or daylight setting for each side can be cut different height cutting die for each side.
6. cutting die pneumatic clamp device can be allocated to make the replacement of die cutter convenient and prompt.
